Yazan
Hello, I'm Yazan

I build solutions
that bridge business
and technology.

MIS graduate from the University of Jordan. Erasmus+ alumnus from Bergen, Norway. I'm drawn to places and challenges that push me outside my comfort zone, academically, professionally, and personally.

Curious by nature.
Deliberate by practice.

I study Management Information Systems because I've always been drawn to the intersection of how organisations think and how technology can make that thinking sharper. For me, a well-built system isn't just functional, it creates real, measurable value for the people using it.

I had the privilege of spending a semester at the University of Bergen in Norway through Erasmus+. That experience permanently changed how I see growth: it doesn't happen in comfortable rooms. It happens when you're slightly out of your depth and still choose to move forward.

Right now I'm looking for scholarships, internships, and exchange programs where I can be challenged by people who think differently, take on real responsibility, and contribute to projects that actually matter.

2021 — 2025
Bachelor of Management Information Systems
University of Jordan, Amman
Studying the overlap between business operations and information technology. My coursework has spanned database design, systems analysis, enterprise software, and data-driven decision making. MIS taught me that the best technical solution is the one that solves the actual human problem underneath.

Erasmus+ Exchange Student
University of Bergen (UiB), Norway
One semester in Bergen changed my frame of reference permanently. Studying in an international environment, navigating a new country, new academic culture, and genuine independence, taught me more about adaptability and self-awareness than any classroom course could. I came back with a wider perspective and a higher tolerance for uncertainty.

Customer Service Representative
Current Role
Handling customer support via chat and calls. Beyond the surface-level job description, this role has sharpened my ability to understand what people actually need (not just what they ask for), use internal tools to investigate problems methodically, and close cases with clarity. Good communication is 80% listening.

Open to Europe, MENA, and beyond
I'm actively looking for opportunities that give me real responsibility. Programs where I'm surrounded by people who think differently and challenge me to grow. If you're working on something meaningful and think I'd be a fit, I'd love to hear about it.
What's next

I write to think clearly. Short pieces about growth, technology, cross-cultural experience, and whatever I'm genuinely trying to figure out.

Let's start a
conversation.

Whether it's a scholarship opportunity, an internship, a research project, or simply a conversation about technology and business — I read every message and reply to all of them.
